• Report a problem

  Open the job and tap Get help with this job. We'll read the chat and get back to you within one business day.

• Cancel a job

  You can cancel anytime. No cancel fees apply while payments are off. Please give your helper as much notice as you can.

• What you can post on RequestX

  Everyday neighbor jobs are fine. Errands, house-sitting, item pickup, and home cleaning are coming soon. Passenger rides aren’t available yet. Tutoring and lessons are coming later. Child sitting and elder sitting aren’t offered.

• Why can't I post a bigger repair job?

  For now, RequestX handles smaller jobs under $1,000 without permits. Bigger projects need a licensed contractor.
